BAROLO
Barolo DOCG
A well-structured, long-lived wine with intense garnet red color. The aroma is intense and fruity with notes of cherry, prune and pleasant tones of cinnamon and toasted hazelnuts. The taste is austere, full, harmonious and pleasantly tannic, with a persistent finish.

VINIFICATION
We only vinify grapes sourced from our vineyards.
Manual harvesting, destemming, soft pressing and skin maceration for 10 days under controlled temperature. After the malolactic fermentation the wine is refined in Slovenian oak barrels for 30 months and 6-8 months in bottle.
